We’re looking for an experienced fullstack engineer to help us lead and shape all things backend at Synthetic Users. We are seeking an experienced backend engineer to join our team at Synthetic Users. Our team is intentionally small and focused on commercial success and product excellence. Every member of our team is technical, actively contributes code, and engages with customers. We prioritize transparency in our internal operations and are equally dedicated to building a remarkable product and a remarkable company.

You, coding

As a senior individual contributor in our frontend team, your expertise will be instrumental in the development and enhancement of new projects and ongoing research at Synthetic Users. You will collaborate closely with the team to address a range of challenges, from intricate technical issues to improvements in product features.

Your input will be critical in these key areas:

• Shape our fullstack architecture. You will be responsible for tackling complex technical challenges and assisting others in doing the same. Additionally, you will contribute to determining our development approach and priorities as part of the product and engineering team.
• Create an exceptional experience. Your role will involve ensuring that building with Synthetic Users is unmatched in terms of user experience. This encompasses various aspects, including data model organization, API design, and documentation creation.
• Guide the direction of our product. We believe that engineering decisions are tightly intertwined with product decisions. Collaborating with the entire team, you will play a crucial role in determining our focus and goals, contributing to the growth and success of Synthetic Users.
• Contribute to building a high-impact small team. We are intentionally building a small company because we believe that small teams are more effective than larger ones. You will have a significant role in shaping our product, culture, and work processes to maximize our impact.
